The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) has made enrollment services available to help Regional Center consumers join the Self-Determination Program (SDP). Someone can access pre-enrollment supports after they provide confirmation of attendance to Orientation. Pre-Enrollment supports include :
Person-Centered Plan (024): A plan that focuses on your goals, preferences, and describes what the individual wants their life to be like in the future so they can work towards their goals. RCEB pays for this service ($1,000).
General Enrollment Supports (099): Assistance to help you and your family complete the enrollment process and understand your options. RCEB pays for this service ($56.49 per hour, 40 hours)
