These sessions are an opportunity for you as staff to share your thoughts, feedback, insights and ideas with the new Executive Leadership. 

About the Sessions (what to expect): Designed for maximum engagement from the participant staff. There will be a panel  representing Executive + Senior Leadership  that will actively listen + take notes in preparation for thoughtful responses, actions and feedback. This is not a Q+A. There will be opportunities for that type of forum as a follow up to these sessions.

Purpose: To create space and opportunity for the new Executive Leadership to hear from ALL RCEB staff directly. To gather insights, thoughts, feedback, comments, and suggestions regarding service delivery, organizational culture and overall pulse check. To hear about wins; what’s working well and those individuals and teams delivering exemplary service or who deserve to be recognized. And to hear about what’s not working and potential opportunities for improvement.
