This survey was created by a team of researchers, educators, and advocates with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It focuses on the real experiences and needs of people with disabilities.

 

We ask that you share this survey with any people who receive services from a regional center in your life and take this survey yourself if you are someone who receives services from a regional center.

 

If support to take the survey is needed, we have members of DDS’ the Lived Experience Advisory Group (LEAG) available to help.
