Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) received Community Resource Development Plan (CRDP) funding from the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) in Fiscal Year 2023-24 to work with a provider to develop a specialized residential home (now Level 7) for four adults who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who require staff that are fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). Bleu Moon LLC, was awarded to be the service provider.
