This training/workshop is focused on the Hispanic/Latino population. The goal is to address the following:
- How to cope and deal with anxiety and stress related to immigration/current immigration & political climate
- Safety planning around immigration concerns
- Ways to manage anxiety and concerns about mixed-status family members
- Tools to manage anxiety and the impact of immigration stress on mental health
- Workshop to be delivered in Spanish
- Workshop to be hybrid (In-person and accessible via Zoom)

Esta capacitación/taller está enfocada a la población hispana/latina. El objetivo es abordar lo siguiente:
- Cómo lidiar con la ansiedad y el estrés relacionados con la inmigración, la inmigración actual y el clima político
- Planificación de la seguridad en torno a las preocupaciones de inmigración
- Formas de manejar la ansiedad y las preocupaciones sobre los miembros de la familia de estatus mixto
- Herramientas para manejar la ansiedad y el impacto del estrés migratorio en la salud mental
- El taller se impartirá en español
- El taller será híbrido (presencial y accesible a través de zoom)
