Regional Center of the East Bay would like to hear from you regarding the types of services and supports to meet the current and future needs of individuals and their families in the community. The information gathered in this survey will be considered for new program development as part of the Community Resource Development Plan (CRDP) for Fiscal Year 2024-25.  The goal of the CRDP is to expand the availability, accessibility, and types of services and supports to meet current and future needs of individuals and their families in the community.  Limited funding from the Department of Developmental Services will be available for program development.  We look forward to hearing from you.  The survey is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Tagalog.

Al Centro Regional del Este de la Bahía le gustaría escuchar que tipos de servicios y apoyo podrían satisfacer las necesidades presentes y futuras de las necesidades de los individuos y sus familias en la comunidad. Trung tâm khu vực East Bay muốn nghe ý kiến ​​của bạn về các loại dịch vụ và hỗ trợ để đáp ứng nhu cầu hiện tại và tương lai của các cá nhân và gia đình của họ trong cộng đồng. Thông tin thu thập được trong cuộc khảo sát này sẽ được cân nhắc để phát triển chương trình mới như một phần của Kế hoạch Phát triển Nguồn lực Cộng đồng (CRDP) cho Năm Tài chính 2024-25.
