IMPORTANT NOTICE
Good news. Budget Legislation for Fiscal Year 12-13 restored part of the 4.25% payment reduction for service providers and Regional Centers which has been in effect since July 1, 2010.
Effective July 1, 2012, service providers’ payments will be reduced by 1.25%, instead of 4.25%. Regional Center of the East Bay will implement this change administratively. Your July 2012 service payment issued on August 15, 2012 will reflect this increase.
